1、制定政媒内容策略和运营方案，熟悉媒体创作者的特殊性，知道如何有效沟通，打造抖音媒体优质内容案例，提升优质媒体内容大盘占比，推进优质内容的填充和刺激站内生产，生产和消费双向优化； 2、敏锐发现站内媒体内容及创作者问题，懂策略、懂规则、懂模型和算法，能够归纳和总结问题的本质和特征，有效的发现、治理、教育创作者以减少低质内容的生产和传播； 3、分析总结成功的媒体运营模式，形成可规模化的最佳实践，并沉淀为产品、策略需求，反哺平台发展； 4、可高效的与外部团队协作，建立共同的目标，可在完成业务目标的同时对合作团队产生辐射收益。

1、本科及以上学历，新闻传播等相关专业优先； 2、3年以上工作经验，从事媒体合作、内容运营或合作伙伴管理相关工作，有策略运营工作经验者优先； 3、理解中国媒体行业，熟悉媒体的组织架构、内容生产流程及其在数字化转型中面临的机遇与挑战； 4、逻辑清晰，具备优秀的数据分析能力和策略规划能力，能通过数据驱动决策； 5、项目管理能力强，善于跨部门沟通和资源整合。
