1、负责抖音直播互动AI相关创新方向用户及工具产品能力建设与工程化落地，业务场景包括但不限于游戏生成、互动玩法、社交对话等； 2、探索业界前沿的大模型工程研发相关技术，构建高可用、高扩展的Agent服务框架，解决大模型训练及推理落地时的相关工程挑战； 3、探索大模型与业务场景的深度结合，设计创新性解决方案并推动规模化应用。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、人工智能等相关专业背景； 2、具备优秀的代码能力（Python/Go/Java/TypeScript）、数据结构和算法基础；具备扎实的软件工程能力，熟悉MySQL、NoSQL、消息队列等常用Web组件；有高并发服务设计和实现经验者优先； 3、熟悉LLM技术原理与应用方法，对大模型应用的系统设计与落地有深入理解；具备在Agent编排、记忆、上下文工程、RAG、模型评测及迭代、效果调优等方向一项及以上的实践经验； 4、持续关注最新的技术发展动态，具备较强的探索意识和技术热情，愿意持续研究新的AI技术及其在业务系统中的应用； 5、具备优秀的逻辑思维能力，善于解决问题和分析问题，具备良好的团队合作精神，较强的沟通能力和学习能力。
