1、本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，计算机基础扎实； 2、精通Go/Rust//C++至少一门高性能语言，具备底层性能调优经验（如CPU Cache优化、零拷贝、锁竞争处理）； 3、熟练使用性能分析工具及Linux内核调优手段； 4、具备系统化解决问题的能力，能够有效地识别和解决复杂问题； 5、良好的团队合作能力。
