1、深入理解各行业头部企业及相关部门机构客户的业务痛点与需求，结合智能体平台特性，挖掘智能体应用场景； 2、产出最佳实践、行业模板案例等高质量物料，并对客户开展高质量的宣传培训，牵引业务价值与产品使用深度的提升； 3、定期跟进客户的产品使用情况，协助客户用好产品，实现通过火山引擎产品驱动业务增长目标； 4、与产品、研发团队紧密协作，将客户场景需求转化为产品功能迭代建议，推动智能体平台的持续优化与升级； 5、根据客户产品落地合作过程，持续迭代客户运营服务SOP，提升整体服务能效； 6、与项目交付架构师、技术支持等角色配合，主动挖掘用户需求，协调公司内部资源为客户创造价值，通过辅助客户运营推广、协助客户举办智能体大赛等方式帮助客户进行内部推广。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机科学、软件工程、人工智能等相关专业优先； 2、熟悉B端软件行业，有CSM、产品、解决方案等相关综合管理经验优先，有CRM、OA、ERP等企业管理专业软件或互联网客户服务、客户成功、解决方案架构师或相关岗位等经验优先；具有大模型、低代码平台、智能体平台、云计算、AI等相关领域从业经验者优先； 3、具备优秀的沟通表达能力、人际交往能力及商务谈判技巧，能够与客户各层角色进行有效沟通，建立良好的合作关系； 4、熟练掌握智能体相关技术知识，如大模型、自然语言处理、机器学习等，了解Coze、Dify等智能体平台的特性与应用场景者优先； 5、善于分析与学习、抓住问题重点，积极协调内外部资源为客户提供有效方案，引导客户认可产品价值； 6、英语口语水平可支撑商务与技术沟通场景者更佳。
