1、1-3年科技或AI公司产品运营、数据运营、分析运营或技术运营相关经验； 2、优秀的项目管理与跨部门沟通能力，擅长任务优先级划分与问题解决，具备快速学习能力； 3、熟练使用Excel，精通函数、数据透视表，能独立完成报表制作与汇报； 4、具备优秀的数据解读与分析能力，对人工智能和机器学习概念，尤其是数据标注领域有浓厚兴趣； 5、熟练掌握Excel、SQL，掌握SQL及Python/R等脚本语言优先，具备信息分析、数据深挖与解读能力； 6、英语读写流利，掌握其他语种者优先，工作积极主动，以交付有影响力的成果为目标。
