ByteIntern：面向2027届毕业生（2026年9月-2027年8月期间毕业），为符合岗位要求的同学提供转正机会。 团队介绍：商业化信任与安全研发团队致力于构建业界领先的智能审核系统，通过前沿 AI 技术保障商业内容安全与合规，提升用户客户的信任。团队通过研发大模型基座、先进的审核大模型和审核系统，持续提升大模型系统对复杂商业化内容的理解、让准确理解遵循安全规则、基于规则深度推理并拉齐人与机器之间的认知，并能感知发现潜在问题，并用Agent高效处理审核问题、自动迭代审核系统，为商业内容安全提供全链路、智能化的技术支撑。

1、数据工程：构建高质量数据的生产流程，其中包括预训练、指令微调等数据，提升业务应用效果； 2、算法研发：推进Knowledge Injection、SFT、RLHF等模型优化方面的工作，提高模型质量和适应性； 3、梳理&沉淀算法库：抽象算法接口，最大化提升算法成果和基座模型的复用率，提升大模型落地效率； 4、业务应用：深入研究并推进相关大模型技术的落地，包括但不限于智能审核、客服、Copilot等应用场景。

1、2027届硕士及以上学位在读，计算机相关专业优先； 2、具有优秀的代码能力和基础算法功底，熟练使用TensorFlow/PyTorch等机器学习框架和工程框架； 3、具有扎实的机器学习基础，对传统NLP技术、GPT类技术有深入的理解，数理功底扎实，自学能力强； 4、具备独立分析问题、定义问题和解决问题的能力，能深入解决大模型落地过程中存在的问题； 5、主导过大模型领域的大影响力项目或论文者优先，包括但不限于ACL、EMNLP、COLING、WWW、AAAI等。
