1、行业洞察及体验痛点分析：通过AI工具，快速学习分析并深入理解不同类目（亲子/教培/运动健身/休闲娱乐等）的商家结构及用户履约体验痛点，归纳总结后从多角度给出履约体验优化解决方案； 2、及时风险止损：针对恶意违规带来体验异常的商家（如跑路/提前核销/恶意不接待/不合理加价），要有治理和止损的视角，并可以从类目商家结构/不同场景下商家特征等角度有效精准的识别出这类商家，通过合理合规的处置手段，督促商家整改并在不整改的情况下做有效处罚（包括限流/商品下架/罚款等）； 3、跨团队协作：日常与产品、算法、风控、内容、BD等多方的协同，从公司整体利益角度出发，识别各方是诉求和痛点，协同多方一起前进； 4、看透事情本质，快速决策，优先级分层落地：结合目标要求，快速判断决策各项目面临的本质问题，从而决策优先级，集中优势资源在重要且紧急的事情上拿到结果，要懂判断、懂舍弃。

1、本科及以上学历，具备1年及以上电商/本地生活零售行业治理或体验相关经验（如行业运营、商家商品治理、内容治理、互联网商家/商品策略等），到店行业经验优先； 2、深入洞察行业动向、消费者/商家需求，有良好的产品化思维，擅长设计指标和规则策略机制； 3、具备较强的数字敏感性和逻辑思维能力，善于独立思考，能发现问题并制定解决方案并推动落实，结果导向强，同时具备有较好的数据分析能力和SQL技能； 4、具备较强的资源整合能力、跨团队协作能力、优秀的沟通协调能力，有较强责任心和推动力，具备一定项目管理经验。
