团队介绍：抖音内容质量与数据服务平台（简称CQC）归属于抖音集团，负责今日头条、抖音等产品内容和抖音集团商业内容的安全质量与体验。平台下设内容质量中心、商业生态与安全、生态治理与增长支持等业务，在全国20余个城市均有分布。 自成立以来，CQC持续守护抖音集团旗下包括抖音、今日头条、番茄小说、飞书、红果短剧等产品在内的安全、质量与体验，优化产品内创作与交流环境，且在各产品运营增长方面开展支持工作。

ByteIntern：面向2027届毕业生（2026年9月-2027年8月期间毕业），为符合岗位要求的同学提供转正机会。

1、大模型应用策略设计与落地：深入理解直播安全业务场景，结合LLM、VLM、Embedding、RAG、Agent、模型路由等技术，设计并落地适配不同风险场景的大模型应用方案，推动模型能力在内容理解、风险识别、审核决策及自动处置等环节规模化应用； 2、模型实验与优化：负责大模型实验方案设计及效果优化，根据业务问题合理选择Prompt、RAG、SFT、LoRA/PEFT、GRPO/RLHF、模型蒸馏、模型融合等技术手段，能够从模型、数据、策略及工程链路等维度定位负面案例并推动持续优化； 2、模型效果评估与数据闭环体系建设：建立大模型离线及线上评测体系，围绕Recall、Precision、F1、误杀率、长尾能力、稳定性、时延及成本等指标进行持续评估，建设自动化Evaluation、Benchmark、Regression机制，保障模型效果持续稳定，同时围绕样本生产、难例挖掘、数据筛选、训练数据构建、离线评测及线上效果分析，建立“风险发现→样本构建→模型训练→效果评测→负面案例分析→策略/标准迭代”的大模型全链路持续优化闭环； 3、Agent与智能审核能力建设：探索Agent、MCP、Harness Self-Evolving、Agentic RL等技术在内容安全场景中的应用，推动大模型从单点识别能力向任务理解、信息检索、证据分析、决策及自动处置的端到端风险研判系统演进； 4、模型安全与Guardrail：理解大模型幻觉、Prompt Injection、越权调用等风险，参与建设模型输入、输出及Agent工具调用的安全控制机制，确保大模型能力在安全边界内稳定运行； 5、跨团队协作与业务落地：与治理、算法、工程、策略运营及机审运营团队紧密协作，完成标准化的模型数据、训练、评测、上线应用，排查漏放误判问题，推动大模型方案从实验验证、灰度测试到生产落地，并持续跟踪业务指标和模型效果。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，计算机、人工智能、数学、统计学、电子信息等相关专业； 2、具备扎实的计算机基础和较强的逻辑分析能力，熟练掌握Python，熟悉主流深度学习框架（PyTorch/TensorFlow），掌握Transformer架构及其变种原理； 3、熟悉SQL及Hadoop/Spark等大数据平台，具备扎实的数据分析与特征工程能力，能够独立完成数据分析、样本构建、数据挖掘； 4、具备较好的大模型应用能力，熟悉LLM、VLM、Embedding、RAG、Agent/Harness、Guardrail等技术，有实际的大模型应用及生产落地经验，熟悉vLLM/SGLang推理框架更佳； 5、熟悉Prompt Engineering、SFT、LoRA/PEFT、GRPO/RLHF、模型蒸馏、模型融合等模型优化方法的深入理解与实践，并能够根据业务问题抽象为数据和模型问题，选择合适的技术方案； 6、追踪大模型前沿技术，熟悉主流开源大模型（Qwen、DeepSeek等），具备较强的学习能力和技术判断力，能够快速将新技术应用到实际业务场景中，具备优秀的沟通协调和项目推进能力，能够与算法、工程、业务及运营团队高效协作，推动复杂AI项目落地，学习实践能力强，对内容安全风控敏感，合规意识良好。
