1、负责签证及出入境业务规则标准化、流程建设及SOP优化，持续完善知识库和协作机制，提升整体运营效率； 2、建立并维护与各国驻华使领馆、签证中心及外事机构的沟通渠道，统筹复杂、加急及特殊案例的协调推进； 3、负责员工跨境商务出行相关支持工作，结合不同国家政策及业务场景，开展出入境风险评估、复杂案例分析及方案制定，保障出行合规、高效落地。

1、本科及以上学历，对全球出入境及签证管理方向感兴趣，并有意愿在该领域长期发展； 2、具备较强的结构化思维、系统化建设意识及技术敏感度，能够主动探索并运用新工具、新方法，持续推动流程优化、知识沉淀与运营能力升级； 3、具备良好的沟通协调能力与项目管理能力，能够推动跨部门、跨文化协作，并在复杂环境下高效推进项目落地； 4、英语可作为工作语言，可胜任全场景跨境沟通； 5、具备签证、出入境或相关领域经验者优先。
