1、与内外部客户以及销售、解决方案架构师密切合作，收集客户需求和反馈； 2、与研发团队一起明确产品需求并制定优先级，并相应地设计产品功能； 3、定义产品上市策略，包括目标客户和产品定位、定价以及运营策略； 4、定义产品目标和商业指标，并持续跟踪这些指标以进行产品增强； 5、主导与硬件厂商的协同，设计软硬一体解决方案（如国产芯片适配、推理加速卡优化）； 6、持续进行竞争分析，跟踪行业技术趋势，制定产品的远期规划。

1、对云计算概念有深刻理解，3年以上面向政企的B端产品经理经验； 2、对大模型推理、训练过程有深刻的理解，熟悉LLM推理引擎（如vLLM/SGLang）及微调技术，了解模型量化等优化方案； 3、对主流数据中心GPU产品熟悉，具备清晰的选型策略和产品定价逻辑； 4、有很强的主动性和执行力及分析能力，能够从复杂的客户场景中提取客户需求； 5、对AI等领域的新技术和业界趋势有很强的好奇心，能够持续学习。
