1、负责国际化搜索广告投放策略、流量策略、广告样式、交互体验优化，持续优化广告相关性与投放转化漏斗，落地可规模化的增长策略，驱动国际化搜索广告收入提升； 2、应用AI、Agentic能力重构用户搜索广告全链路体验，挖掘用户真实诉求，在商业化收益与用户体验之间找到最优平衡，打造全新智能化广告用户链路； 3、深耕酒旅、旅行、娱乐、本地生活等垂类行业，结合行业流量特性与用户消费习惯，搭建行业专属广告解决方案、投放方法论与流量运营策略，赋能全球广告主增长； 4、协同算法、工程团队迭代流量分发框架，优化广告匹配、排序、分发效率，提升整体商业化流量利用率与变现效率。

1、本科及以上学历，2年及以上互联网广告、搜索、内容推荐商业化产品相关经验，有广告策略或线索行业、本地生活等垂类行业策略经验； 2、数据敏感度与用户洞察力，逻辑清晰，擅长通过数据拆解、归因分析定位问题、输出策略、落地结果； 3、有AI/Agent新技术落地广告业务、智能化产品迭代经验者优先； 4、英语可支撑国际化团队日常工作沟通协作，自驱力强，以业务结果为导向，能跨团队协同推进策略落地。
