1、协同销售、解决方案、产品研发等角色完成公有云客户迁移需求调研、迁移方案设计和技术细化工作； 2、根据客户业务场景基于云上产品使用最佳实践帮助客户完成云上方案设计和提供业务云化改造建议； 3、在迁移实施阶段的作为技术专家配合PM/CSM把控项目进度、风险、解决迁移过程中遇到的相关技术问题，保障客户业务稳定运行； 4、根据云迁移方进行迁移工具选型和迁移实施工作，带内外部技术、生态团队完成客户业务迁移和割接工作。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，具有5年以上系统实施和迁移相关经验，有ToB行业迁移&交付经历者优先； 2、熟悉Linux/Unix操作系统、日常操作命令；熟悉常见开源组件，并有相关使用经验，具有一定的排错能力； 3、熟练掌握以下至少一种技术：熟悉TCP/IP、OSPF、BGP等网络协议，有丰富的网络排障能力；熟悉数据库&中间件等技术，熟悉数据备份、同步等技术原理；熟悉 Docker、K8s日常操作命令，熟悉容器技术原理；熟悉HBase、Hadoop、Hive、Spark等大数据组件，具有大数据迁移经验； 4、掌握至少一种脚本语言：Shell、Python； 5、具有良好的沟通、组织与协调的能力、较强的服务意识。
