团队介绍：负责抖音体系产品的广告技术迭代，包括广告推荐模型、流量策略、体验及投放链路全流程的技术优化，极致优化变现效率

1、深度参与优化抖音系混排系统，结合生成式推荐/强化学习/GE框架等技术推进多业务协同视角下的营收/体验优化； 2、构建更贴近用户感知的体验优化系统，通过体验Ranking/listwise体验建模/体验成本约束下的最优化问题求解等方向进一步提升抖音系产品上的营销内容用户体验； 3、结合金币激励体系，通过流量策略、激励策略等构建具有抖音极速版业务特色的变现系统； 4、深度优化抖音系营销内容样式推荐，构建分发（样式召回、粗排、精排）与供给（样式生产）一体化的营销样式推荐系统。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程等相关专业，具备扎实的计算机基础； 2、具备优秀的编码能力，熟悉C++/Golang/Python中的一门/多门语言，拥有扎实的数据结构和算法功底； 3、熟悉数据挖掘、机器学习、分布式计算中的一项或多项，有深度学习实战经验，有机器学习算法优化理论的研究经验； 4、具备优秀的分析、解决问题的能力，拥有良好的团队合作精神； 5、追求极致，有强烈的好奇心和进取心，自驱力强，能够深入了解业务。

加分项 1、数据敏感度高，有策略/业务相关算法的优化经验，熟悉广告/推荐业务，具备运筹优化相关技术经验； 2、有国际顶级会议论文、有知名GitHub作品等公开成果、曾获KAGGle/ACM等算法比赛奖项等。
