1、负责火山引擎云安全某个产品方向的整体规划、经营结果与组织建设，面向To B外部客户，围绕产品竞争力提升与商业化成功，对业务增长、产品创新、解决方案体系、关键客户突破和团队能力建设承担核心责任；统筹产品、解决方案、销售协同与交付闭环，持续提升市场占有率、营收规模与行业影响力，业务方向包括但不限于：云安全、AI安全等重点领域；对云安全相关产品方向的产品竞争力、市场占有率、营收增长和经营结果负责，推动重点方向在目标行业与关键客户中的落地、复制和规模化增长；统筹产品规划、解决方案体系与GTM策略，形成兼顾技术领先性、客户价值与商业转化效率的整体打法； 2、结合火山引擎整体战略、客户需求、行业趋势与竞争格局，制定云安全相关产品方向的中长期发展规划，明确重点投入方向、阶段性目标和资源配置策略； 3、对所负责的产品方向能够识别新增量场景与战略机会，推动产品能力演进、方案成熟与重点项目突破；打造“内外方案一致、技术驱动、具备大规模实战背书”的业务叙事与市场竞争策略，形成差异化优势并提升行业认知； 4、牵引重点行业与关键客户经营，通过产品改进提升线索转化率、赢单率、续费率和客单价；对相关产品完善从市场洞察到交付闭环的端到端业务运营机制，持续反哺产品路线、定价体系和竞争策略； 5、搭建并带领高质量团队，完善目标管理、绩效管理、人才梯队和专业方法论建设，形成面向未来的业务领导力与组织能力。

1、本科及以上学历，具备成熟的业务负责人、产品负责人、解决方案负责人、售前负责人或相关综合管理经验； 2、具备战略理解与业务判断能力，能够从客户价值、产品竞争、市场格局、商业模式和组织能力等多个维度进行系统性思考；有团队管理经验，能够完成目标拆解、资源协调、绩效管理和人才梯队建设，并对业务结果真正负责； 3、熟悉云安全和To B商业化路径，对WAF/WAAP/DDoS/零信任/数据安全/AI安全/智能体安全等一个或多个方向有深入理解； 4、具备较强的产品意识和商业化意识，能够将技术能力、产品能力、客户需求与市场机会有效连接，形成可复制的增长模式； 5、具备重点客户和复杂项目推进能力，能够在关键行业、重大客户和竞争环境中牵引方案落地与业务成交；能将复杂技术能力转化为清晰的客户价值、竞争优势，并推动形成标准化方法论； 6、具备优秀的跨团队协同影响力，能够推动研发、产品、销售、交付、GTM、市场和生态伙伴在复杂场景下达成一致；学习能力强，视野开阔，能够快速理解新技术、新市场和新范式，不拘泥于既有经验；面对AI时代的新问题，具备持续学习、拆解问题和打破固定思维模式的能力；面对不确定性和目标，能够保持高标准、自驱力、韧性和结果导向。
