1、负责商业化内容安全的机审策略运营工作，应对海量的风险持续提升识别能力和识别效率，实现对风险的长期有效阻断，沉淀稳定、准确的审核体系； 2、负责全链路审核体系监控、机审策略准召监控和质量约束，防止/及时洞察出现大批量误杀，对日常漏放/误杀进行深度归因，针对持续性风险补充对应的合理策略和能力； 3、为商业安全整体成本负责，设计智能化解决方案降低审核与治理过程降低对人的依赖，持续推动全链路智能化建设。

1、本科及以上学历，3年及以上治理或安全行业经验，有内容安全策略、大模型运营经验者优先； 2、熟悉审核和风控业务，对不同类型的风险场景有足够的业务洞察和风险判断能力； 3、有较好的沟通协调能力，和业务方和上下游团队建立顺畅的合作机制，善于抽象标准化的业务流程和指标体系； 4、具备较好的数据分析能力，能够独立完成机审业务中的痛点分析并输出解决方案。
