1、本科及以上学历，1年以上技术支持或系统运维相关经验； 2、熟悉Linux系统基础运维操作，熟悉常见系统服务搭建； 3、有一定的网络基础和排障能力，能对常见类型的交换机、路由器等设备进行配置； 4、对网络安全和零信任有一定的了解，有终端安全等产品使用经验者优先； 5、良好的沟通表达能力，逻辑思维清晰，优秀的客户服务意识。
