1、负责反欺诈与体验方向的团队管理，牵头制定具有影响力且数据驱动的政策与策略； 2、降低平台资产损失与激励滥用风险，识别并打击试图绕过管控系统的线上及线下欺诈行为，覆盖商家、商品、内容、POI、买家及写评等全链路； 3、建立用户反馈收集与管理机制，针对消费者、达人及商家制定履约及服务体验策略，在治理欺诈与体验问题的同时，确保商家和达人具备良好的营商体验； 4、联动算法、产品等跨部门团队，推动落地提升生态健康度的各项措施； 5、通过数据驱动及个案深度调查等手段监控生态健康度，应对突发风险事件，开展专项调查并落实必要处置措施。

1、O2O、本地生活、电商或相关领域经验，在数据驱动的反欺诈、治理及用户体验项目方面有成熟的带队经验； 2、本科及以上学历，数学、统计学、工程学、数据分析等量化专业优先； 3、能够熟练运用SQL、Python、Excel等查询与分析工具开展数据分析工作，具备较强的数据解读与分析能力； 4、具备优秀的战略思维与项目管理能力，能够管理并推动复杂项目落地，并能有效协同及影响跨部门团队； 5、出色的英语口语及书面表达能力，能够以书面形式清晰陈述并传达复杂的战略方案。
