1、负责翡翠玉石行业运营工作，能够对于类目发展有宏观判断与分析能力，思考、制定、落地类目发展策略与方案； 2、整合平台资源，推进负责类目的商家/货品运营、活动营销和治理策略并统筹执行； 3、商家成长、管理与优质商家招募，对内容电商及直播生态有较深理解，沉淀新的运营模式并逐步沉淀方法论； 4、通过数据分析，归纳总结商家运营方面存在的共性问题，并结合类目情况运用平台化运营方式提出并落实解决方案。

1、本科及以上学历，对电商的商家经营模式有一定的熟悉度，1-3年翡翠玉石行业经验优先； 2、具备优秀的商业谈判和沟通能力和业务开拓能力，能充分理解合作方诉求，推进合作达成； 3、优秀的逻辑思维能力，有数据分析及挖掘能力，对商业有较强的敏锐度； 4、具备优秀的项目管理能力和推动力，善于整合资源，有一定的组织协调能力； 5、保持对业务的好奇心，开放的心态，具备良好的学习能力，较强的个人自驱力，能主动尝试突破与寻找挑战。
