1、抖音生态内容基础能力建设：探索新的业务场景内容导向，并快速搭建识别能力； 2、内容分发策略优化：配合推荐构建候选，结合数据分析和用研挖掘目标人群及其内容消费偏好，并通过多目标优化、人群模型构建等策略平衡画风和消费指标提升，对目标人群消费和留存规模负责； 3、画风问题发现和解决：基于画风和人群导向，构建大模型等评估链路能力，通过数据分析洞察标准刻画缺陷和画风体验问题，协同产品运营、推荐设计优化策略并落地。

1、本科及以上学历，3年以上策略产品相关工作经验，计算机、数学/统计学相关专业优先，有扎实的数据分析能力，逻辑能力强，有大模型、机审链路、搜推策略相关项目经历优先； 2、具备较好的内容理解、用户理解、作者理解、平台理解能力，至少是一个主要内容平台的深度用户，有3-5年内容社区类平台工作经验优先； 3、有优秀的产品链路设计和数据分析能力，熟练应用SQL/Python语言，能够通过数据或案例发现问题、量化影响，并推动解决； 4、逻辑思维和跨团队协同落地能力强，强烈的自驱力、责任感，有复杂/创新项目优先。
