1、负责星粉内容分发策略，持续优化星粉内容发布-审核-分发链路，促进星粉内容分发效率及消费规模提升； 2、推动创作者中心产品功能完善迭代，提升星粉经营感知； 3、通过数据分析，挖掘并推动解决内容运营链路问题； 4、探索IM方向，搭建私信/群聊/社交产品，持续提升功能渗透与用户交流满意度，为关系活跃规模负责。

1、本科及以上学历，2年以上内容/社交产品运营、内容分发策略运营工作经验，对社交关系与互动体验敏感，能从用户动机出发设计产品机制； 2、具备完整的项目推进能力，能把策略拆解为可落地的动作与协作计划，并推动多方达成一致、交付结果； 3、能独立搭建指标体系，分析关键链路（渗透/活跃/留存/满意度等），用数据与用户反馈驱动策略持续迭代； 4、有良好的沟通与表达能力，逻辑清晰，自驱性强，能在环境中持续拿结果。

加分项 1、对短剧/泛娱乐/粉丝社区/二次元生态有兴趣且理解用户消费与讨论习惯，熟悉粉丝应援、同好文化、UGC生态；有社交产品从0到1或模块深度共建经验（策略、规则、治理、激励、增长）； 2、有AI内容或AI角色相关项目经验。
