1、营销活动规则制定：基于抖音电商市场营销业务的发展，负责全局视角的预算管理体系和资源分配规则制定，制定各类业务玩法的规则和门槛，做好业务间的活动规则和落地校验，强化合规与风险管控，保障业务健康发展； 2、营销活动资源管理：对业务和项目做好评审，对资源使用和项目做好复盘分析，在兼顾业务目标完成的同时最大化放大资源使用效率，推动资源分配与业务重心匹配，合理化控制投入产出比； 3、营销活动目标和指标管理：对营销活动的目标和指标做好项目维度的追踪，定期对项目取消、指标完成度做下钻分析，监控评估不同营销活动的效果，及时定位问题，不断优化资源分配策略； 4、跨部门协同和专项推进：协同财务、资产管理等团队共同制定规则，保证制度落地，跟进执行进展与后续优化，对运营机制、产品、流程等提出优化策略并跟进专题项目的实施，为目标达成的结果负责。

1、具备电商平台、商业分析、财务分析相关经验优先，具备资源管理、预算管理相关的实操经验； 2、熟悉电商平台规则，具备营销活动全流程操盘经验，了解平台营销活动规则和资源规则，并参与推动落地； 3、具备较强跨部门协作能力和产品化意识，有推动流程线上化或通过AI做流程优化的经验； 4、逻辑能力强，对于新事物有兴趣，做事结果导向，注重合规与风险管控。
