1、培训与赋能体系设计：搭建面向代理商生态的整体赋能体系，针对不同层级代理商（头/腰部/尾）与不同角色（销售/优化师/管理者等），设计分层分类的培训资源与培养成长路径； 2、课程内容建设：以产品化、体系化的方式规划与建设能力认证配套及赋能课程体系，建立可持续迭代的内容更新机制，确保课程及时跟上业务产品与政策的变化； 3、讲师团队与交付网络建设：搭建并运营认证讲师体系，负责讲师选拔、分级、认证与考核管理，制定标准化的授课交付规范与培养机制，保障交付的质量一致性； 4、生态运营与业务协同：推动培训与认证结果同代理商分级、渠道激励政策的有效联动，通过标杆评选、榜单、运营活动等方式，提升代理商的参与度与赋能价值的业务转化； 5、效果管理：对培训的覆盖率、参与度、能力提升及业务结果（如消耗增长、人效提升、渗透与留存）负责，建立可量化的效果评估与价值闭环。

1、5年以上L&D/人才发展/渠道赋能相关经验，具备面向外部对象（代理商/服务商/渠道合作伙伴）的培训或赋能体系建设经验； 2、在对外培训体系、课程内容产品研发或讲师体系管理中至少一项的从0到1搭建或重构的主导经验； 3、较强的体系落地与运营能力，能够持续推动体系运转并实现规模化覆盖； 4、较强的跨部门协同与影响力，能够有效推动渠道、业务、产品线等多方协作； 5、具备业务视角，能够将培训赋能与业务结果有效关联。
