1、主导全球社交行业动态追踪与深度分析，覆盖主流社交产品及新兴形态的演化路径，针对核心模块，拆解其他社交产品的用户增长策略、留存运营手段、商业化模式，提出可实施的优化建议，关注新兴社交形态（如AI陪伴、虚拟身份社交、元宇宙社交），评估其对生态的潜在影响，输出前瞻性策略预研； 2、基于市场、竞争、洞察及公司整体战略，评估定位、发展路径及潜在增长飞轮，识别关键战略议题并拆解为可执行的产品功能产品路径图，协同产品、运营、算法、技术团队，推动策略实施，配合研究和数据分析，挖掘用户在“社交连接”“内容互动”“关系沉淀”中的核心痛点与潜在需求； 3、通过数据建模与商业论证推动资源优先级调整与重大决策落地，协调技术、运营、市场等资源，确保战略执行过程中各环节高效协同，建立战略效果评估体系，动态监测关键指标，及时优化战略路径，并与其他跨团队等业务线协作，探索“社交+”的协同模式。

1、硕士研究生学历及以上，计算机/社会学/商业分析等复合专业优先； 2、互联网战略分析、社交产品策略或咨询公司高级顾问经验，有成功主导过亿级用户产品战略实施的完整案例； 3、对全球社交行业有深度认知，熟悉国内外社交产品的底层逻辑与演化路径（如从工具社交到内容社交、从熟人社交到兴趣社交的迭代规律），具备“短视频+社交+多场景”融合的深度思考； 4、精通AI技术在社交场景的前沿应用（如大模型驱动的智能对话系统、AIGC生成个性化社交内容、虚拟社交体多模态交互），能从技术趋势推导产品战略方向； 5、具备数据分析与商业洞察能力，熟练使用SQL、Python、SPSS等工具，擅长通过数据建模验证战略假设，输出可支撑决策的定量+定性分析报告； 6、跨部门协同与资源整合能力，能在复杂组织环境中推动战略共识，高效协调产品、技术、运营等多团队执行。
