1、负责公司级高优先级安全风险治理专项的规划、方案设计与落地推进，以专项负责人角色端到端推动治理目标达成； 2、横向拉通多个平台团队和业务团队，建立跨部门的风险治理协同机制，在复杂业务场景中协调多方资源确保方案落地； 3、从单点漏洞和安全事件中抽象出底层架构类、系统性风险，推动架构层面的根本性整改，从源头降低风险敞口； 4、建立风险治理的度量指标体系，通过数据驱动治理决策，持续运营并迭代治理策略； 5、探索自动化、智能化技术在风险治理中的应用，提升治理效率和覆盖度。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、信息安全、网络安全等相关专业，5年以上信息安全领域工作经验； 2、具备扎实的信息安全基础，熟悉常见安全风险类型及治理方法论，有安全治理、风险管控、数据安全或安全攻防相关实践经验； 3、具备优秀的系统化问题分析与拆解能力，能够将复杂问题转化为可执行的治理路径； 4、具备出色的跨团队沟通协调和项目推动能力，能够在多方协作环境中推动方案落地； 5、具备安全与业务的平衡意识，能够根据风险等级和业务实际灵活调整治理策略； 6、至少熟练掌握一门编程语言（Python/Go/Java等），具备自动化工具开发能力，结果导向，自驱力强，能够独立负责复杂项目。

加分项 1、主导过公司级安全治理专项并有明确量化成果； 2、熟悉SDLC安全流程，有安全左移、DevSecOps实践经验； 3、有AI安全、大模型安全相关经验； 4、有安全攻防背景，能从攻击者视角评估治理方案； 5、有安全工具平台建设经验，有CISSP、CISP、CISA等安全相关认证。
