1、负责抖音直播流量接入架构、直播互动消息系统的设计开发及运维迭代，打造大规模平台级产品； 2、参与行业明星产品的业务需求分析，推进亿级并发量的在线系统架构持续演进； 3、通过前沿的技术手段优化系统，追求行业领先的技术先进性，持续提升用户体验，推动业务快速发展； 4、作为方向负责人，负责相应的技术规划、技术架构及产品设计、人才培养、梯队搭建。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、通信等相关专业，5年及以上工作经验； 2、扎实的计算机基础知识，较强的逻辑理解能力和学习能力； 3、熟练掌握Linux环境下的C/C++/Go/Rust/Java等至少一种语言； 4、熟悉互联网架构体系，对微服务拆分、服务治理、负载均衡等有较好的理解和实践； 5、有大规模IM系统架构、长连接推送系统架构、API网关等相关经验者优先； 6、有较强的积极性及自驱力，较强的沟通协作能力，深入了解业务并能独立负责一块业务，有难点攻坚实战经验； 7、有服务端负责人经验、0-1搭建团队经验者优先。
