1、负责穿山甲商业化产品运营工作，深入理解广告、电商等商业化业务模式，参与平台产品能力建设及运营策略设计，持续提升产品体验及业务效率； 2、参与商业产品需求分析、方案设计、项目推进及上线运营，协同产品、研发、数据、算法等团队推动产品能力持续迭代，保障重点项目高质量落地； 3、基于业务数据及用户反馈，分析产品使用情况及业务表现，发现问题并推动解决，持续优化产品能力及运营策略； 4、参与商业化平台运营体系建设，协助梳理业务流程、平台规则及运营机制，推动平台能力持续完善,为业务增长提供支撑。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，专业不限； 2、对移动相关行业有一定的了解，有自己的观点和看法，有运营相关实习经验优先； 3、对招商相关商家服务、货品运营、营销活动等感兴趣，能够把握市场流行趋势与消费者需求偏好，能从商品特性、品质把控、市场潜力、盈利空间等多维度进行专业分析与决策，有平台级招商项目主导经验者优先； 4、具备良好的跨团队协作意识与高效沟通能力，责任心强，拥有较强的自驱力及问题解决能力。
