1、互联网商业分析/经营分析背景优先； 2、有3年以上的电商用户增长分析/产品分析经验者优先； 3、有良好的数据分析能力，善于通过数据分析发现问题和机会； 4、具备创新思维能力、逻辑化、结构化思考能力，善于从复杂现象中总结规律； 5、具备较好的统筹推进、沟通协调能力。
