1、业务增长与策略制定：负责目标市场的商家金融业务运营，结合市场特点、商家需求与业务阶段，制定增长策略及执行计划，推动放款规模、产品渗透率、活跃商家数等核心指标达成； 2、全链路转化提升：围绕商家触达、申请、审批、首次使用及复借/持续使用等关键环节，识别增长机会与转化瓶颈，协同产品、风控及研发团队优化流程和体验； 3、商家分层与生命周期运营：基于商家经营规模、行业、资金需求及使用行为，建立分层运营策略，通过精准触达、权益设计、营销活动及流失召回，提升转化、留存与商家长期价值； 4、市场拓展与产品落地：参与新市场、新产品及新场景的机会评估与GTM策略制定，推进本地化方案、试点验证及规模化推广，沉淀可复用的运营方法； 5、渠道协同与商家渗透：联动电商行业运营、AM团队，将金融产品融入商家经营场景，配合大促等活动拓展获客渠道，提升产品认知、商家信任与产品转化； 6、数据分析与经营优化：建立运营指标体系，持续跟踪增长漏斗、客群表现及投入产出，结合商家原声和经营数据验证策略效果，在兼顾风险、收益与客户体验的基础上推动业务迭代。

1、本科及以上学历，3年以上信贷业务运营、增长运营相关经验；有商家信贷、电商平台或B端产品运营经验者优先； 2、具备较强的业务判断与结果导向，能够将业务目标拆解为具体策略、项目和指标，并独立推动执行；有从0到1或规模化增长项目经验者优先； 3、具备扎实的数据分析能力，能够独立完成问题定位、机会识别与效果评估；具备SQL或BI工具使用能力者优先； 4、理解商家经营及资金周转需求，对获客、转化、留存等增长环节有系统认知；了解信贷产品、风险管理或单位经济模型者优先； 5、具备良好的跨团队沟通与项目推进能力，能够在多方协作和不确定环境中明确优先级、协调资源并推动落地； 6、英语可作为工作语言，能够适应跨文化协作；有国际化市场、本地化运营或跨境电商经验者优先。
