1、负责游戏厂商在抖音游戏内容经营合作的引入与维护，保障厂商在与平台合作中的运营体验与质量； 2、以游戏在平台的内容供给与消费规模、用户活跃量级、作者收入规模等为目标，规划并落地相关运营动作； 3、针对游戏不同周期发展需求，输出并落地平台活动，包含用户活动、厂商经营活动、内容促供给活动等，长期沉淀方法、形成可复用的SOP； 4、基于游戏厂商、创作者、用户等多方视角，输出平台产品&服务需求，并推动内部产品、策略等协作部门对平台产品、服务进行迭代，目标实现厂商经营自助化。

1、本科及以上学历，5年以上游戏运营或者游戏内容型平台渠道运营经验，熟悉精品游戏发行逻辑； 2、熟悉游戏内容生态（包含视频、直播、图文），了解游戏达人、机构等，对游戏内容带动游戏发行有理解与认可； 3、熟悉游戏运营，理解用户留存、付费等逻辑，了解游戏全生命阶段的业务内容与痛点； 4、熟悉抖音及其他内容平台产品，有较好的产品意识和沟通面板，对于数据敏感，有相关平台运营工作经验及数据分析能力优秀者优先； 5、具备良好沟通能力、统筹协调能力，有内外部跨团队合作经验者优先； 6、有能量，自驱力强，有强烈的责任心并热爱游戏，熟悉各品类游戏玩法。
