1、国际化代理商运营管理，为代理商输出品效结合的广告营销建议，提供创意方向、预算分配策略以及市场洞察； 2、国际化代理商项目推进，结合总部项目与所管辖代理商实际情况给予指导，确保代理商完成项目任务； 3、了解国际化产品发展趋势，能够基于代理商情况推进产品渗透及迭代优化，同时反推代理商产品升级及整合； 4、定期复盘监控广告效果问题情况，输出整合营销相关的总结报告，为后续营销策略的制定提供数据分析和理论支持； 5、有电商/游戏/应用行业经验及视角，可以基于行业当前问题落地适配代理商推进策略。

1、本科及以上学历，3-5年国际化互联网广告运营经验，对不同行业的广告整合营销方法论有一定沉淀，能熟练使用英语优先； 2、能熟练使用数据分析工具，对数据高度敏感；能够基于整体数据变化定位及下钻分析原因； 3、良好的人际沟通能力，主动推动在不同部门之间进行跨团队合作； 4、工作积极主动，学习能力强，注重细节，具有批判性思维。
