1、负责番茄系国际化短剧、小说分销业务不同端不同渠道收入增长管理，对分销收入结果负责； 2、负责国际分销客户资源对接与管理，确保国际不同端业务分销客户资源充足、客户分层结构健康； 3、研究国际主流媒体渠道政策和投放数据，制定有效的投放及素材策略，提升分销投放规模及投放ROI； 4、分析判断影响分销投放起量/放量/回收的关键能力及优先级，产出对应MRD驱动产品研发排期上线； 5、洞察短剧网文行业/主流媒体/客户经营状态，探索新渠道/新玩法，推动业务规模持续增长。

1、本科及以上学历，英语可作为工作语言，有多年短剧/网络文学等内容行业媒体运营、投放优化经验优先； 2、拥有良好的沟通能力及客户谈判技巧，具备优秀的协同能力，能够整合内外部资源达成业务目标； 3、具备较强的数据驱动思维，擅长业务深度分析、数据洞察及策略输出，能通过数据分析推动业务决策落地； 4、具备良好的职场专业态度、高效工作习惯、高度自驱力且责任心强，能够不断推动复杂问题的解决。
