1、探索LLM在财务归因分析、月结稽核等场景落地，借助Agent框架实现经营诊断模式转型； 2、利用大模型处理非结构化财务信息，构建管理会计知识库，提升财务工作效率； 3、将经营分析工具转化为系统功能，提供动态决策支持，助力业务盈利判断； 4、负责分摊引擎、内部交易定价、预算管理等系统的架构设计与研发，协同团队落地迭代。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机/软件工程相关专业，5年以上后端开发经验，具备以下任一背景者优先： 1）了解管理会计核心概念（如责任中心、内部转移价格、标准成本）； 2）参与过业务的报表加工与分析平台的设计与研发； 3）参与过ERP系统（SAP S/4HANA、Oracle EBS）财务模块定制开发； 2、专业能力基本要求 1）精通Java语言，深入理解JVM原理，有JVM调优实战经验； 2）熟练掌握Spring Boot等主流框架，能基于框架进行高可用、高并发系统设计；精通MyBatis等ORM框架，熟悉复杂SQL编写与优化，能处理数亿级数据加工&查询场景； 3）熟悉大数据技术在Java生态中的集成，能熟练使用Spark（Java API）进行批处理任务开发与优化，了解Hadoop生态（HDFS/Hive）者优先； 4）AI大语言模型应用：熟悉LLM技术栈及应用层开发，具备AI Agent架构设计经验，RAG（检索增强生成）精通Prompt Engineering，熟练使用LangChain或类似框架实现业务逻辑编排；能将大模型能力转化为归因分析、知识问答等财务实战场景解决方案； 3、业务架构能力： 1）理解管理会计的基本概念：规划与预算、成本管理与控制、决策分析等； 2）能与财务BP、管理会计专家有效协作，流畅对话；将复杂的业务术语（如边际贡献、变动成本法、因素分析）转化为技术方案；尤其具备将财务专家的分析经验沉淀为AI Agent知识库的逻辑抽象能力。
