团队介绍：字节芯片研发团队目前工作主要集中在芯片设计环节，主要围绕字节自身业务展开芯片探索，为字节多项业务的专用场景定制硬件优化，设计多款基于先进半导体工艺的云端复杂芯片，以期提升性能、降低成本。早期若干芯片项目已经进入到量产部署阶段，有多次一版成功的投片经历，所用工艺包含多个主流的先进工艺节点。与基础设施各团队之间工作的整体协同，能更容易和更好地发挥芯片研发的价值。

1、负责ASIC/CPU芯片的硅后研发，具体包括芯片测试、板级验证、芯片生产制造、可靠性和芯片工艺等环节，重点投入到AI存算芯片、CPU、高速IP的测试验证，先进封装、芯片制造工艺、芯片可靠性等硅后方向； 2、芯片ATE测试方向：了解芯片原理和测试原理，通过ATE测试机台对芯片内部的DFT电路做晶圆的CP测试和封装的FT测试，提高芯片测试覆盖率和Yield； 3、芯片可靠性方向：了解集成电路可靠性相关知识，熟悉集成电路芯片失效分析所用机台设备与基础方法，可参与编制芯片可靠性测试方案，并能够针对电性测试结果开展统计分析； 4、芯片板级验证方向：主要负责芯片板级系统验证，板级SIPI等电气特性验证，高速互联/存储接口验证，以及片上存储介质的验证工作； 5、芯片工艺方向：了解半导体物理与器件知识、芯片流片流程和FinFET/GAA等芯片先进工艺概念，了解芯片设计与芯片制造的关联性。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机/电子/微电子/通信等相关专业优先； 2、熟悉芯片设计、封测流程、芯片工艺和芯片工艺可靠性，有相关项目经验者优先； 3、了解SIPI基本概念，熟悉PCIe/SerDes/UCIe/DDR/HBM等高速接口电路及其测试方法，熟悉新型存储/存算介质基本原理及其测试方法，熟悉高速示波器/频谱仪等常用测试仪器使用者优先； 4、良好的团队合作精神，认真负责的工作态度； 5、良好的沟通能力，英语读写顺畅。
