1、负责集团财务合并报表，以及集团和子公司其他财务法定报表的系统化建设； 2、广泛收集分析内外部信息，清楚行业领先实践，做好产品规划、架构设计、分阶段计划，持续推动产品升级优化，满足财务报表全球合规要求，助力报表管理效率持续提升； 3、洞察财务合并报表领域的用户痛点，进行全局性、前瞻性产品方案设计，产出高质量产品方案文档； 4、负责项目管理、需求管理，平衡用户需求和系统能力建设关系，与合作团队高效协同，确保目标达成； 5、定期收集业务反馈，持续迭代、升级产品能力，提升用户体验，更好地支撑业务发展。

1、本科及以上学历，财务/信息系统/数据等相关专业，具备CPA/ACCA/CMA等优先； 2、跨国企业/咨询公司等5年以上合并报表领域系统经验，熟悉至少一种主流合并/EPM平台：HFM、SAP Group Reporting/BPC、Oracle FCCS等； 3、能编写高质量产品文档（业务蓝图、流程图、数据模型、PRD、验收与培训材料等）； 4、具备较强沟通与跨部门影响力，能在多时区、多语言团队中推动共识与落地； 5、了解全球财报合规要求，有相应系统支撑体系建设经验者优先。
