1、负责支撑电商搜索与生活服务搜索的运营平台建设，围绕搜索链路建设一整套平台能力，让运营、产品、算法、策略同学可以更高效地完成干预配置、活动运营、数据接入、问题诊断和效果迭代； 2、运营平台方向：支撑词运营、搜后流量调控、策略编排、活动运营等核心运营动作；数据平台方向：将多业务域离散数据加工为搜索可用特征，保障准确性、时效性和可扩展性；诊断平台方向：建设搜索全链路可观测、可回溯、可定位的问题诊断体系，提升问题发现和处理效率； 3、结合AI Agent与自动化能力，推动诊断闭环、运营提效、策略优化及平台智能化演进，提升运营诊断效率，缩短问题定位、策略调整和效果验证链路； 4、持续优化系统性能、稳定性与研发效率，解决高并发、高吞吐、链路复杂场景下的工程问题，建设更可靠的平台基础能力。

1、扎实的编码能力和计算机基础，具备良好的数据结构、算法和工程实现能力； 2、具备较强的服务端系统设计能力，能独立完成复杂业务系统的方案设计、模块拆分和链路落地； 3、熟悉数据库、缓存、消息队列、RPC、分布式任务调度等常见基础组件，能够结合业务特点进行合理选型和优化； 4、具备良好的问题分析能力和推进能力，面对复杂问题能快速定位关键矛盾并推动落地； 5、具备良好的跨团队沟通协作能力，能在产品、运营、算法、数据等多角色协同下推进项目。
