1、负责抖音生活服务商品策略的设计与落地，以提升商品供给、动销、ARPU为目标提升平台GMV增长； 2、深刻理解抖音生态下的商品供需关系，洞察消费需求与供给机会点，通过供给引入、价格调控、创新经营玩法等手段，持续提升商品对消费需求的满足度，拉动业务交易增长； 3、深入商家商品经营全流程，挖掘经营痛点与机会，根据商家分层制定差异化的经营目标与策略，降低商家的经营成本的同时促进商家的商品动销与GMV增长； 4、整合平台资源，业务上联动大区运营、一线BD，产品上联动抖音端、商家端、CRM等系统，技术上联动数据、算法、工程等团队，推进项目有节奏的落地，拿到业务结果； 5、构建策略评估体系，持续分析商品丰富度、竞争力及经营效果，通过数据发现问题并反推策略与产品优化。

1、本科及以上学历，3年互联网产品经验，2年以上本地生活/电商商品运营或策略产品工作经验； 2、具备深度数据分析能力，有策略设计与产品化思维，能独立拆解业务诉求并输出解决方案； 3、逻辑清晰，具备强跨团队沟通与协同能力，能在高复杂度项目中推动业务目标与技术能力落地； 4、对前沿技术保持关注与兴趣，了解AI工具在策略运营场景的应用（如智能分析、策略辅助等），有相关项目经验者优先。
