日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。 团队介绍：国际化销售运营管理平台团队成立于2022年1月，作为国际商业化产品与技术组织的一部分，整合了之前全球CRM（又名3M平台）团队的几个子支柱。我们的团队旨在赋能全球业务解决方案（GBS）团队，通过3M平台和生态系统中的工具和解决方案，通过高效的销售流程和可信的数据洞察，推动业务增长。

1、根据业务需求完成较为深入的专项数据分析与洞察，准确定位业务问题中实际的原因； 2、将复杂问题进行拆解、定义，基于数据挖掘、统计建模等手段提出有效的策略或解决方案； 3、基于对互联网广告系统的深入理解，通过定义科学的指标体系和探索性数据分析，准确反映业务现状，快速发现各个业务与技术方向的潜在改进机会； 4、与协同的各团队紧密配合，设计、实施科学合理的AB实验或观察性研究，指导科学的决策与迭代闭环，推动数据分析结论的落地与持续优化。

1、本科及以上学历在读，统计学、计算机、经济学、数据科学、量化分析等相关专业； 2、具备扎实的统计学、机器学习、因果推断等数据科学理论基础及应用经验；精通SQL，熟练掌握Python/R中的一种及相关库的应用； 3、具备优秀的数据敏感度与逻辑思维能力，能够在较大不确定性的问题中构建分析框架，将数据转化为有效的信息进行定量洞察，有互联网直播/短视频相关行业经验优先； 4、熟悉A/B实验理论和流程，有推荐、广告、增长营销等相关方向数据科学与分析经验者优先； 5、能够主动、独立的思考，具备良好的团队协作能力与责任心，善于跨部门沟通协作。
