1、本科及以上学历，3年及以上To B增长运营经验，熟练使用飞书多维表格； 2、具备数据分析能力，能熟练SQL或可视化数据平台分析业务数据，擅长营销策划，熟悉推广渠道； 3、有良好沟通协调能力，能与跨部门团队及商户高效沟通，具备产品思维，可从商户角度推动产品优化； 4、责任心强，具备学习与创新能力和团队合作精神。
