1、协助校招全流程：简历筛选、面试邀约、面试安排与跟进、协调面试官与候选人时间，面试反馈整理，offer跟进等； 2、负责招聘渠道开拓及维护，更新招聘信息，梳理人才市场的信息； 3、维护候选人信息库，激活历史优质简历，并确保信息准确性； 4、协助完成HR部门日常工作，如会议纪要，周报/月报的数据整理与可视化等。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、对人力资源领域感兴趣，有互联网招聘相关实习经验者优先； 3、能独立完成重复性工作并保证准确性，沟通表达及逻辑思维良好，擅长团队协作，责任心强，工作积极主动； 4、熟练使用办公软件，尤其是Excel数据处理功能； 5、能保证稳定实习时间：每周出勤5个工作日，能够连续实习4个月及以上。
