1、负责短视频不同质量分层下的供给增长策略设计与推进，结合内容质量、经营表现、行业差异和角色分层识别增长机会、制定策略方案并推动落地； 2、负责协同商家运营、达人运营、服务商运营、产品、数据等团队，推动重点项目在具体场景中落地，包括任务机制、诊断透明传输、激励牵引、分层运营等策略动作； 3、负责建立并维护供给增长相关的目标和监控体系，跟踪不同分层、不同角色、不同场景下的供给规模、优质率、活跃度及收益表现，及时发现问题并推动优化； 4、负责沉淀优质短视频供给增长的方法论，提炼有效案例和可复制策略，支持重点行业、重点角色或重点场景的规模化推广； 5、负责对复杂项目进行过程管理与结果复盘，协调多方资源，推动关键节点达成，确保策略能真正形成业务增量。

1、本科及以上学历，2年以上内容运营工作经验；有交易类/本地生活类短视频生态经验者优先； 2、具备优秀的逻辑拆解与数据分析能力（熟练掌握SQL/BI者加分），不仅能看懂数据，更要求用数据证明策略价值； 3、对短视频生态和创作者认知有深刻洞察，能跳出执行层面，从全局视角设计并推动横跨多部门的复杂项目落地； 4、强目标导向和较强的好奇心，不设边界；能在复杂模糊的业务环境中独立寻找到解法并拿到实质业务结果。
