1、多模态内容理解与应用：构建视频/直播多模态表征体系，融合视觉、音频、文本特征实现多层级语义刻画，优化标签体系与用户兴趣画像，提升内容与用户兴趣匹配精度，解决冷启动问题； 2、推荐系统全链路优化：参与召回、粗排、精排、混排全链路算法设计，针对直播/短视频场景需求优化推荐效果；搭建离线评估体系，确保离线指标与线上业务目标对齐； 3、前沿技术落地探索：推动生成式推荐在短视频/直播场景落地，结合大模型探索创新推荐范式；解析模型评测数据，完成算法工程化落地，协同产品、工程团队提升推荐全链路价值。

1、计算机/软件/人工智能/数学等相关专业的优先； 2、熟悉主流推荐算法（如协同过滤、基于内容的推荐、矩阵分解、强化学习推荐等），具备推荐系统架构设计与优化经验，对推荐算法的召回、排序、重排等核心模块有深入理解； 3、具有扎实的机器学习基础，对深度学习、大语言模型、多模态模型、生成式模型等内容理解与生成技术有深入的理解，数理功底扎实，自学能力强； 4、有扎实的编码能力，熟练使用相关机器学习框架和工程框架； 5、在计算机科学高水平会议和期刊如NIPS、ICML、CVPR、ICCV、ECCV、IJCAI、AAAI、KDD、SIGIR、WWW、ACL、PAMI、IJCV等发表过论文或有竞赛经验者优先； 6、能够结合业务场景，设计并实现有效的推荐策略，具备通过数据分析评估推荐效果、迭代优化推荐算法的能力。
