1、统筹团队目标、机制及区域BP管理，明确分工、经营节奏和结果要求； 2、建立渠道服务人员分级认证、准入及清退标准，推动资质等级与伙伴佣金结算标准衔接； 3、建立服务全流程验收机制，核验服务单真实性、执行质量与完成率，推动结果关联费用发放及合规管理； 4、根据市场、区域和客户变化动态制定服务策略，为伙伴提供可执行的SOP、工具及实时指引； 5、搭建AI渗透、资源消耗及服务质量监控体系，识别风险与增长机会，推动区域整改和策略迭代； 6、协同销售、渠道、产品及客户成功团队，验证服务打法并推动规模化落地。

1、本科及以上学历，5年以上客户成功工作经验，有跨区域业务经验； 2、具备认证、验收或服务质量体系建设能力，理解佣金结算与业务合规要求； 3、具备策略设计、数据分析和复杂项目推进能力，能将问题沉淀为标准机制； 4、理解企业服务及AI应用场景，结果导向，能推动伙伴和多团队完成闭环。

加分项： 1、有SaaS、AI产品客户成功或渠道伙伴管理经验； 2、主导过伙伴认证、服务验收、佣金规则或客户增长体系建设。
