1、AI安全与新型治理实践探索：紧跟AI时代步伐，协同技术专家共同研究大模型（LLM）应用、数据伦理等前沿领域的治理课题，从管理与合规视角，协助团队将前沿的AI安全技术转化为公司内部落地可执行的治理框架与最佳实践； 2、全局风险审视与机制优化：深入理解全球化业务场景与前沿技术架构，系统性评估现有流程机制，前瞻性地发现管理边界上的不确定性与潜在隐患，并提出体系化的优化与解决方案； 3、安全事件的策略性复盘：具备穿透复杂现象看清问题本质的能力，针对复杂的技术事件、管理瓶颈进行深度结构化复盘，理清成因，并将深奥的技术风险（含AI新型风险）转化为面向管理层的决策策略报告； 4、安全治理标准建设：将优秀的管理经验与行业最佳实践，沉淀为标准化、可复制的内部治理规范与标准作业程序（SOP）； 5、跨领域协同联动：发挥关键的“桥梁”作用，高效联动技术、法务、AI业务等多方团队，确保内部安全策略、组织运转效率与外部全球化合规要求实现高水平对齐。

1、专业背景：5年以上不限于内控、审计、风险管理、法务，或事务所、跨国咨询机构的相关工作经验； 2、技术理解力与好奇心：无需代码开发经验，但对大模型、人工智能等新技术充满好奇心，对产品研发逻辑有快速学习能力，能够无障碍地与技术团队进行深度对话； 3、核心软实力：具备较强的结构化思维与独立判断力，文字功底扎实，能够独立产出高质量、具备商业说服力的深度分析报告； 4、职业操守：坚持独立、客观、保密原则，对风险有较高的敏锐度与敬畏心。

加分项： 1、持有CIA、CPA、CISA、法律职业资格证等专业资质证书； 2、具有全球化项目落地经验，或参与过AI安全、隐私保护、数据治理相关规范制定者优先。
