1、负责今日头条系各产品的用户增长承接推荐策略，直接对DAU、DNU、留存、LT等结果负责； 2、理解效果广告逻辑，挖掘用户体验和消费的价值路径，做好新用户承接，优化投放效果，带动DAU增长； 3、深入做好某一增长方向的目标制定和思路拆解，定位核心问题，找到关键解法，具备平台化思维，能沉淀多端可复用的策略方法提效； 4、跨部门高效协同投放、研发、运营、分析师等多团队，共同实现产品增长。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，具有增长策略产品、广告投放策略、商业化产品运营等背景优先； 2、理解计算广告，对广告系统、媒体能力等有深刻理解或应用经验； 3、具备清晰的逻辑思维框架，善于分析问题和归纳总结，结果导向，有较强的数据分析能力； 4、具备优秀的沟通协作能力，责任心强、执行力强、有韧性。
