1、负责字节跳动商业平台、多终端（抖音、今日头条等）广告产品业务的UX设计工作，致力于为用户提供极致友好的使用体验、打造行业标杆； 2、能够保障产品的美观度和体验的流畅性，交付完整的设计解决方案； 3、理解业务，协助团队完成产品的需求分析、市场分析，能够产出合理的设计方案，保证最终设计质量； 4、善于处理和设计、产品、技术、测试等配合团队的沟通问题，高效推进方案落地； 5、和团队一起参与创新AI产品规范、体验原则、创意风格的制定，能为项目和团队注入鲜活的想法和想象力。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，设计相关专业优先； 2、具备良好的用户体验意识和设计审美；有AI产品设计经验或具备一定AI产品/工具的使用能力者优先； 3、对未来设计趋势有洞察，对前沿设计保持探索精神，自我驱动力强，能用设计专业推导准确表达想法； 4、具备良好的业务理解力，逻辑思维及结构化能力、学习能力、沟通与协作能力，心态开放； 5、熟悉多端设计规范、精通Figma等设计工具。
