1、参与平台货补规则的制定工作，结合类目的风险属性、业务发展情况等维度，制定合理的平台货补规则，确保平台补贴资源向更有价值的方向倾斜，降低平台风险； 2、确保货补规则在各类补贴场景（如大促等）的落地实施，并通过复盘，不断优化货补规则，降低平台风险金额； 3、围绕平台补贴重点项目，设计业务核心指标及监控体系，能够及时识别问题和迭代方向，推动业务发展，并通过数据分析和实验提升认知，优化补贴钱效。

1、本科及以上学历，3年以上互联网运营经验，有商品、价格、补贴方向的策略和运营经验优先； 2、有较强的逻辑思维和学习能力，数据分析和策略拆解能力强，能熟练使用SQL； 3、有良好的沟通和跨团队合作能力，执行力强，自动驱动，能协调上下游推进复杂项目的落地。
