1、负责字节跳动旗下抖音系/番茄系/豆包系等产品增长方向的各项数据分析与策略探索相关工作； 2、具备业务深度思考能力，将复杂增长问题进行拆解、定义，并基于数据挖掘、统计建模等量化分析手段提出有效的策略或解决方案； 3、通过用户理解、需求挖掘、供给素材分析，刻画业务问题，挖掘增长机会，结合策略设计与效果度量为增长策略提供决策支持； 4、设计、实施科学合理的AB实验或观察性研究，指导科学的决策与迭代闭环，推动数据分析结论的落地与持续优化； 5、与产品、运营、研发等配合，推进优化方案落地执行，带来业务的实际提升增长。

1、统计学、数学、经济学、计算机、数据科学等相关专业本科及以上学历； 2、熟悉A/B实验理论和流程，掌握各类数据统计分析方法，了解基础机器学习/数据挖掘应用，精通SQL，熟练掌握Python/R； 3、具备优秀数据敏感度与逻辑思维，在不确定性问题中构建分析框架，将数据结论转化为业务改进方向； 4、能够主动、独立的思考，具备良好的团队协作能力与责任心，善于跨部门沟通协作； 5、有广告、增长营销、增长产品等数据分析或大模型智能分析经验者优先。
