1、负责短视频、社交、投稿等业务的国内用户研究工作； 2、能独立支持业务，主动跟进业务方向策略及进展，完成业务生态内各类用研项目的需求分析、方案设计、项目执行，并输出具有较强落地性的专业研究报告、并深度参与研究项目的落地推进工作。

1、本科及以上学历，包括但不限于社会学、心理学、统计学、市场营销等相关专业，2年及以上市场与用户研究经验，熟悉各种研究方法，执行能力强，能一定程度上独立对接业务并完成研究项目； 2、了解视频、社交、内容创作行业且有个人见解，有内容创作平台、社交、泛娱乐内容及社区生态研究经验优先；或者对年轻人群及文化有深入理解及兴趣； 3、主动性强，逻辑清晰 ，思维活跃，学习能力强，能适应行业快速敏捷与多线并行的工作节奏，需要比较强的人群需求洞察和深度思考能力； 4、熟悉了解并掌握SPSS、Python、SQL、R等统计软件，具备大数据分析能力者优先； 5、需要对国内外相关内容平台或社交产品比较熟悉，并且喜欢探索研究不同产品的演变趋势等。
