1、负责平台电商用户增长策略的制定与落地，以投放为手段，对拉新、召回、促活用户（MAC/DAC）的规模、质量等核心指标负责； 2、针对电商用户增长目标下的投放，设计广告全链路提效策略，通过研究用户电商表现与升级规律，在广告蚕食频控、智能出价等能力上持续迭代，优化落地页与转化路径，持续降低获客成本，提升ROI； 3、深化广告内容精准营销能力，了解广告产品能力，建设优化广告商品、权益的筛选与推荐逻辑，完善内容归因分析体系，提升全链路转化效率； 4、高效协同算法、产品、数据、运营等团队，驱动关键项目落地，形成策略沉淀与规模化应用。

1、本科及以上学历，3年以上广告策略或互联网用户增长相关经验，有电商行业背景者优先； 2、对用户增长有深刻理解，熟悉A/B实验设计，能够以增量用户获取为目标，具备从0到1搭建增长策略体系并取得规模化成果的成功案例； 3、精通广告策略领域，蚕食频控、推荐算法、归因模型等； 4、较强的思考和策略输出能力，对数据敏感，能够驱动数据导向的决策； 5、具备项目管理与跨部门沟通协同能力，能高效整合资源推动复杂项目，促成结果达成。
