日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、负责商业化交易资金中台结算系统产品建设，覆盖广告消耗数据产生、核销、开票、保证金等方向，日常工作包括落地商务的业务需求、承接系统优化需求，确保结算系统的准确性、稳定性和高可扩展性； 2、深度对接财务、税务、法务团队，确保产品方案严谨、符合财税法合规要求，推动财务核算及智能对账体系的持续升级； 3、负责搭建并完善结算相关数据的指标和看板，能够从数据中发现问题，持续优化产品体验。

1、本科及以上学历在读，财务管理、会计、税务管理相关专业优先； 2、有结算、资金、发票、保证金、收入系统经验者优先；有商业化广告系统背景优先，能够理解财税合规要求，具备敏锐的风险意识； 3、具备优秀的跨团队沟通落地能力与自我驱动力，能够在复杂多变的业务环境下寻求最优解决方案，高效协同产品研发、财务、法务等多方资源推动项目落地； 4、具备严密的逻辑思维能力和数据敏感度，能从数据中发现问题并驱动产品优化，熟悉SQL、Python等数据分析工具者优先； 5、具有强烈的责任心，对新业务有好奇心、具备快速学习能力。
